I guess everybody makes mistakes!!
After seeing the cost of keeping a k8s cluster in GCP, even using all the possible discount options that make it as cheap as possible, it’s just hard to beat free static website hosting.
So… I’m back in Javascript land for my personal website! lol
To be honest the real trigger was discovering this framework my coworker told me about: Astro. A real game changer for me as it makes building a blog a breeze, while holding markdown as a first class citizen. Besides I’m pretty excited to test their Island architecture feature.
